All our packages are prepared within 24 hours to 48h following your order except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.

Any product ordered on the website is delivered to the address specified by customer in the form filled during the ordering process.

FILALTO can deliver customers throughout the world and shipping costs will vary according to the zone where customer wants the products to be delivered, the mode of delivery (at home or in a pick up point delivery). 5 shipping zones are identified.

The cost of shipment will appear automatically on the customer order before a product is purchased, shipping rates are as follows:


France : free delivery on orders over 75€.
7,50€ for home delivery via colissimo and 4,90€ via pick up point delivery.
Europe, Switzerland and DOM TOM : Free delivery on orders over 200€
15€ for home delivery via colissimo and 12€ via pick up point delivery.
Eastern Europe, Maghreb and Norway : Free delivery on orders over 250€
20€ for home delivery via colissimo.
Canada, USA, Africa : Free delivery on orders over 500€
25€ for home delivery via colissimo
For all other countries and Asia : 35€ for home delivery via colissimo.
Customer will make inquiries and bear all expenses related to the custom duties and taxes applied by the authorities of his country.
FILALTO is not responsible for any risk associated with transport of the packages after they have left the storage facilities of the company. In case of dispute or litigation, only transport documents presented by FILALTO will be considered as evidence. FILALTO is taking exceptional care to pack its products to prevent spoilage. Upon receipt of the package, CUSTOMER is required to check the product conformity and the quality of its condition. If CUSTOMER finds an alteration of the product condition or if the product is not the one he purchased, he must either refuse delivery or issue written reserves dated and signed with the carrier. Otherwise, he is presumed to have received goods in conformity with the order.


You are legally entitled to a maximum of 14 days from the day of receipt of your package to return your products. Only products in their original conditions (with packaging and product unworn, unaltered, unwashed ...) will be refunded. Otherwise, the package will be returned to the customer.
To make a return, please include a copy of the invoice with the returned product and indicate on the invoice or separately the reason of the return : problem of size, color, cut…Send your package to the following address and remember to ask post office or carrier for proof of DELIVERY:

Once we receive your package, we will send you an email to inform you that it arrived safely and in good condition.
How and when will I receive the amount of my refund ? We will refund you the amount (including VAT) of the items returned, excluding shipping costs, within 10 days. The refund method will be the same as the payment method used for your order.
Filalto cannot be held liable for any packages that could be lost by your shipping company.
