Filalto uses an ancestral method for weaving its scarves and shawls
The traditional looms, which are perfectly adapted for alpaca and baby alpaca wools.
As you see on this picture, it is actioned by hand, this way of weaving has remained unchanged since the18th century.
The shuttle of the loom with the spool inside is going in between threads and from one side of the loom to the other.
